Jane has been passionate about helping people live active and healthy lives for over thirty-five years. Jane has helped people of all ages to reach their goals for reducing pain and stress, increasing energy and vitality, and creating a lifestyle that supports aging and performing well.
Jane has been in the field of education and wellness for over three decades, while growing in her skills as a coach. Jane holds a master degree in education and has had many years of postgraduate training. Jane is an internationally certified teacher of the Alexander Technique and has taught the Technique since 1987 to individuals and groups. Jane also integrates over twenty-years of experience in therapeutic bodywork in her teaching of practical methods for stress and pain-relief. She is also a certified MELT Method instructor and is a certified coach through Harvard's Wellcoaches, health and wellness coach training. She has studied a variety of healthy culinary approaches including the "Cancer Fighting Kitchen" cooking course with renowned chef, Rebecca Katz.
Jane specializes in coaching adults who want to live vibrant, healthy lives. Jane focuses on working with women and men primarily in their 40's through 80's, who want to look and feel great, while enjoying active lives. Jane has worked with clients in Arizona, Texas, Hawaii, and internationally. She currently maintains an online coaching practice working with clients across the U.S.
