What to expect from Wellness Coaching

Session 1
We will focus on your immediate needs and concerns. I will conduct a complete wellness assessment gathering information about you and how I can best support your needs. I’ll be asking you about what attempts you have already tried to alleviate your suffering and how those attempts may or may not have worked for you. We’ll decide on session times for the future and set up services.

Session 2
We’ll work together on creating a life long vision for what you want your life to be about and what you want to stand for. There will be assignments and worksheets assigned to help you discover your authenticity. From there we’ll craft goals and set appropriate expectations for you.

Session 3 & Beyond
This is where the work get’s tough. But don’t fret! I’ll be here to support you along the way and celebrate your successes! I’ll be holding you accountable for your actions, and work with you to overcome obstacles and challenges that are holding you back from living a life you value. You will also discover the benefits of Mindfulness and how easy it is to use, bringing clarity and simplicity to your life.
